In 2026, we would be honored if you prayed with us. Our 2026 Prayer Guide contains 31 big-picture prayer requests that we’re bringing before the Lord each month for the duration of the year. We’re so grateful to know you’re praying alongside us this year as we seek God’s wisdom and blessing upon this ministry!

  1. DAY 1

    Today, lift up Precept Bible Study Leaders around the world. Ask the Lord to open their eyes to behold wonderful things in His Word—and lead others to do the same. Pray that God would lead more people to step into this role with confidence and joy.

  2. DAY 2

    Pray for those diligently working to translate Precept Bible studies into other languages. Right now, Precept resources are printed in over 110 languages. Ask the Lord to raise up skilled and passionate people to continue this important work.

  3. DAY 3

    Ask the Lord to bless the Precept Institutes that will be held throughout the year. These Institutes are intensive trainings geared toward equipping men and women with everything they need to guide more people through Scripture—so they can get to God.

  4. DAY 4

    Please pray that more people would find Precept Bible Study resources and experience an “a-ha” moment of discovery that leads them to become diligent workmen of the Word.

  5. DAY 5

    Lift up Precept leaders ministering to refugees around the world. May the Lord allow many displaced people to find refuge and belonging in Him through knowing His Word.

  6. DAY 6

    Pray that participants of Precept’s online and in-person trainings receive the tools, support, and community they need to discover truth in Scripture for themselves—but not by themselves.

  7. DAY 7

    Lift up Precept Country Directors. Ask the Lord to shower them with wisdom, joy, and strength as they minister to their communities with the life-changing power of God’s Word.

  8. DAY 8

    Please seek the Lord on behalf of those enrolled in Timothy Schools across the globe. May they know God deeply through knowing His Word and live differently as a result!

  9. DAY 9

    Today, take time to pray for our country and those in leadership. Pray for God’s mercy, favor, and direction. Ask that the Lord would be glorified in all things through His bride, the Church.

  10. DAY 10

    Please pray for the Precept team in the US as we plan and create new Bible study resources. Ask the Lord for creativity, sensitivity to His Spirit, and success in our efforts—so more people can read and understand God’s Word for themselves.

  11. DAY 11

    Lift up Precept Bible study groups around the world. As believers meet together to learn from God’s Word, may God’s Spirit be present to illuminate His truth and shine through each of His children.

  12. DAY 12

    Please lift up Precept teams in countries at war or experiencing civil unrest. Pray for the Lord to protect every one of His children and provide opportunities for more people to come to know Him through knowing His Word.

  13. DAY 13

    Take some time to intercede for Precept’s Board of Directors today. Ask the Lord to lead each member and the team as a whole in unity and faithfulness, allowing them to submit to His desires for the ministry with joy and expectancy.

  14. DAY 14

    Please pray for Precept leaders around the world who are ministering to those in prison. May the Lord shower His favor and wisdom upon them, helping them meet each prisoner with grace as the Word of God changes hearts and minds.

  15. DAY 15

    Across the globe, students in Bible colleges and seminaries are studying God’s Word using Precept resources. Ask the Lord to enthrall them with His truth as they discover it for themselves—and pray that He would use them mightily in sharing the Word with others.

  16. DAY 16

    For over 55 years, Precept has blessed so many with the tools they need to get into God’s Word, so they can get to God. Today, please pray for those who have been impacted by Precept’s mission to consider whether God is calling them to partner with us through giving so the work continues.

  17. DAY 17

    Pray for Precept’s international regional directors. Lift up their hearts, their families, and their ministries before God. Pray against spiritual warfare and praise God that His plans will never be frustrated.

  18. DAY 18

    Today, lift up believers experiencing persecution around the world. Ask for God’s protection and for His Spirit to encourage their hearts through His Word and empower them for ministry.

  19. DAY 19

    Ask the Lord to introduce more people to Precept Upon Precept® studies. May they encounter the Lord’s love and grow in wisdom as they study His Word in depth.

  20. DAY 20

    We’re stronger together. Pray that the Lord will forge new partnerships between various denominations, organizations, and parachurch ministries and Precept teams around the world—so more people are engaged in relationship with God through His Word.

  21. DAY 21

    Lift up Precept’s International Operations team in the US as they minister to our Precept family around the world. Ask for wisdom, strength, and joy in the Lord.

  22. DAY 22

    Throughout the year, Precept camps will be held to help children and teenagers discover truth in Scripture for themselves. Lift up these camps and pray for God to meet each student where they are with the light and truth of Scripture.

  23. DAY 23

    Please pray that God would bless many through His Word as it’s shared on Precept’s social media channels. May more people know Him through knowing Scripture.

  24. DAY 24

    Lift up Precept’s giving partners today. They lead with love, sacrificing their time, energy, and resources for God’s Kingdom. May they experience deep intimacy with God and His peace in every circumstance.

  25. DAY 25

    Today, ask the Lord for His blessing on mission projects being held around the world, including sports leagues, computer training, and more. May many people know God more deeply through studying His Word as they gather for these events.

  26. DAY 26

    Please pray that God would expand Precept’s global reach, so we can engage people in more countries in relationship with God through knowing His Word.

  27. DAY 27

    Pray for good health for our Precept teams around the world. May the Lord bring healing where illness and injury are present, and may He continue to bless the fruitful ministry occurring across the globe.

  28. DAY 28

    Lift up Precept’s Customer Service team in the US. May they serve our Precept family with grace, wisdom, and joy each day.

  29. DAY 29

    New Bible study groups will begin next month! Ask God to draw near to each group as they seek to know Him more deeply through knowing His Word.

  30. DAY 30

    Pray that God would use Precept’s Know God Deeply podcast to reach new people in need of tools to uncover truth in Scripture for themselves. Ask God to expand the reach of the podcast for His glory.

  31. DAY 31

    Please pray for every child using Precept Bible study resources. May they, like Samuel, hear the Lord’s Word and respond with wholehearted love and obedience.

Your prayers are the most powerful gift you can give. Join us in seeking God’s will and provision for Precept with these specific prayer requests.

  • That we would be on our Father’s agenda, doing not our own work but His—John 6:38
  • That everything we do would result in the praise of His glory—Ephesians 1:9-12
  • That we would find favor with pastors and ministry leaders everywhere as we support their calling to present their people mature and complete in Christ—Colossians 1:28
  • That we would join the Apostle Paul and be successful in our effort to encourage pastors and ministry leaders to wholeheartedly promote the primacy of the Bible in evangelism, teaching and discipleship—2 Timothy 4:1-5
